Zlien Customer Experience: The Four Pillars

image

All of zlien’s business is conducted online or over the phone or chat.  We aim to engage in 2-way communication with our clients and serve them through the Four Pillars of the zlien  Customer Experience.

Easy & Innovative

Ordering with zlien should be easy, and if a client finds it difficult, we aim to make it better, faster and easier.  We are always updating our software and resources to keep our clients happy and up to date.  Client feedback is always welcome and encouraged.  “Tech Savvy” is not a requirement to use zlien – we are tech savvy so that our clients don’t have to be.

Turn small expectations into GREAT EXPECTATIONS

Most clients do not expect greatness from an online legal document preparation company.  They do not expect real people to answer phones or emails swiftly.  Zlien’s sophisticated software and services are step 1 in WOWing our clients.  Step 2 is our knowledgeable, personable and flexible staff.  Words like “No” and “Unfortunately” are no good in this office.

Personable Experiences

No one is using zlien because they like liens.  Scott Wolfe is the only person who not only likes liens, but loves them.  We turn an online transaction into an experience worth sharing.  On both sides of the 6-step order process, the LienPilot, resources and FAQs and the Construction Payment Blog are people – our customers and the zlien Team.  We do not want our customers to ‘pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.’  When we remind ourselves that they are people too, we can make better connections.  Customers like to do business with people they like and trust.

No Customer Service Department

Zlien clients do not need to go to the Customer Service counter or call a separate line to receive great service.  Every team member gives excellent support.  No one is just a [insert job title].  We work together to ensure that every zlien encounter leaves a WOWing impression.   We are not just employees, rather we are a team who works together to make customers happy (the pitcher can catch the ball too!).
