A quality document-automation system for construction finance would relieve legal departents from the headache of having to approve and manage forms and would empower front-line finance professionals to generate customized contracts that better address their needs.

Before You Respond to That Email …Pause

Anthony K. Tjan writes this week about the “cycle of miscommunication” that often results from people responding too hastily to their emails. We’ve become so accustomed to instant communication that we’re often willing to forgo crafting a thoughtful response in favor of hitting “send” quickly.
