Customer Success Helps Your A/R Progress
I’m a little late to the party on this one. I bring you Nick Mehta’s “CEO’s Guide to 2015 Customer Success Budget Planning.”
So why should you, a CFM, care about customer success budgets? The relationship between customer success and getting paid is integral. It’s something we focus on heavily at zlien—how might our customers lower uncollectible debt by providing visibility and cooperation to customers?
I’m particularly interested in the first of Mehta’s four steps in his guide: Determine your objective—churn reduction or revenue expansion. From an A/R perspective, you could approach this question by asking, “Do I want to focus on collecting more from my existing customer base, or taking on more customers?” There are a number of ways to accomplish these. I think you can guess my favorite.

Windows 8 Is No Longer Up To Date

I must confess, we at zlien are fans of a particular fruit, the kind that keeps the doctor away. Nonetheless, I understand that you probably are not using Apple in the workplace, and therefore might find it helpful to know what’s going on with with other operating systems.
In case you missed it, the Seattle giant (no, not the one with wings) just announced some big news. Yes, Microsoft is releasing Windows 10 this year. You might not care so much about their holographic virtual reality lenses—or, maybe you do—but Surface Hub, an 84-inch touch screen, could help with office meetings.
